Please read them carefully. We wrote them to be as user friendly and sensible as possible.

The Ability to store Information related to your Properties Securely, in an Always Accessible Online Location.
(we call this Your 'Portfolio')

The Ability to Create Unlimited Listings for Property Sales and Rentals from the data stored in Your Portfolio.

The Ability to post listings quickly to Multiple Social Media Platforms at Once.

An Ai Chatbot that has been Trained to Answer Questions about your Properties.

The Ability to Customize an Ai Assistant with a Branding Banner and Avatar to better represent You Online.

A Monthly Allocation of 5000 Responses to be used across all Active Listings in Your Portfolio.

The Ability to Purchase Additional Responses in packs of 5000.
(Additional Responses do not expire and can be used at any time. Additional Response cannot be Pre-Purchased.)

Lead Emails generated by the Ai Assistant and sent to the email address you provide.

Provide Accurate and Complete Information at sign up.

Use the Application for lawful purposes only as required by all applicable governing laws.

Abide by the Terms of Service applicable to the Social Media Platform(s) you link to your Account.

Not Post Content that is Misleading, False, or Deceptive.

VendorAi is a Monthly Subscription Service. To use the service you must pay a monthly fee.

Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

You may Cancel your Subscription at any time without penalty (i.e. a fee). You will retain access to the Application and all Services will be available to you until the end of your current subscription period.

As a convenience, the Subscription Auto-Renews on a monthly cycle without the need for intervention from you. Again, you may Cancel Anytime during and up to the end of your current subscription period without penalty.

Should your Subscription be Cancelled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Should your Payment Method Fail, you will be notified and given the opportunity to update your Payment Method. If you do not update your Payment Method, your Subscription will be Cancelled for you.

For the purposes of content licensing VendorAi assumes You own the Content that you enter into VendorAi. By Using the Application You Agree that all data, photos, and information you enter into the Application is yours and you retain all legal rights to it.

By using our Application you grant us a limited-license to display, post, and discuss information related to your content, only to provide the services outlined in Section 2. The Services We Provide.

Should VendorAi license or make available content additive in nature to enhance the experience of the Application for You (i.e. a music track to layer over a video template), then VendorAi will retain the right to that individual content only.

VendorAi does not own your Posts on Social Media. You retain full ownership and responsibility to the content you post through the Application.

Your data Privacy is important to us. So much so that we made a completely separate document on just that subject.

We will not share your Social Media Account Information with any third party.

We will not store your Social Media Account Information in any of our databases.

We will not request permissions to your Social Media Account that are not strictly necessary for the Application to function.

We will explain every permission we request so that you can be certain it is necessary for the Application to function.

You reserve the right to terminate the connection to any Social Media Platform at any time.

We comply with the applicable Community Standards or other Moderation Policies of the Social Media Platforms we connect to, and we prohibit the posting of content that violates these standards. (You also Agreed to these, back in Section 3. Your Responsibilities)

VendorAi (the Application) is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We make no warranties or guarantees about the Application or the Service we Provide.

VendorAi (the Company) is not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of using the Application.

VendorAi makes every effort to ensure the Application is secure, reliable, and free of errors, but we cannot guarantee that it will be.

VendorAi is not responsible for innacurate information provided by the AI Assistant.

We may update the ToS from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Application. Your continued use of the Application after the changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the changes.

Account Services may be Terminated if you have been found to have violated these VendorAi Terms of Service.

In cases where your posted content has violated the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines of a specific Social Media Partner, and at the Request of that Social Media Partner, VendorAi may remove your access to that service (break the link) from our application.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, in the United States of America, with all applicable Federal Laws applying thereof.

Any Legal Disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved in the State of Indiana, in the United States of America.
